Trees are like our parents....

Hi friends, today I want to share a small story with you guys. That touched me a lot when have read it.

Story:

Once upon a time there was a huge apple tree. A little boy used to play near the tree, he would search for a juicy apples, play along side the tree and rest under the tree shade.

The tree was overjoyed after meeting the little bundle of joy.

One day, the tree was surprised to see the boy approaching with sad face. "Come and play with me", the tree asked the boy.

Then boy replied, "I am no longer a small kid to play around trees". I want toys, I need some money to buy them.

Tree replied, Sorry I had no money to give you. But you can pickup all my apples and sell them.

Then boy grabbed all the apples and went happily,

Many days went, but there is no sign of boy. Tree was waiting for his friend.

One day tree saw his friend, the little boy had grown up to a big man. Come and play with me, the tree said.

I can't play with you now. I had family and we need a house for shelter, Can you help me??, the man replied.

Sorry I had no house, but you can chop off all my branches to build your house, tree replied.

The man cut all the branches of the tree and left happily. The tree was glad to see his friend leaving with smile again.

The man returned one evening "Come and play with me ", the tree said.

I am getting old, I want to go for sailing to relax for myself. Can you give me a boat??, said the man.

"Use my trunk to build your boat", he went sailing and never showed up for a long time.

The man returned after many years.

Sorry boy I have nothing to give now, tree said with a pain in his voice.

No problem, I had no teeth to bite any apples and I am too old to climb any tree, the man replied.

I just need a place to relax all these year, the man replied.

"Old trees are the best place to sit down. Come, sit on me and relax", the tree replied.

The man sat down, the tree was glad and smiled with tears.

Our parents too are like trees. They give us what they have.

Once there was an island where all the feelings lived
together. One day there was a storm in the sea and 

the island was about to drown.

Every Feeling were scared but Love made a boat to escape. All the feelings jumped in the boat except for one feeling. Love got down to see who it was...It was Ego!!


Love tried & tried but Ego didn't move..
Everyone asked Love to leave Ego & come in the boat but Love was meant to Love....

It remained with Ego.

All other feelings were left alive but Love died because of Ego!!!! 



Think over it....

Leave Ego and live happily....

Relationship between "Boss and Employee "

Hi friends, normally I use to write posts .... Sometimes I write small stories to express my feelings about that....

Today I want to say you about a relation between a boss and employee.... When employee was perfect in his work and sincere, then boss must value him....

Any work can be successful by group of people, because of only one reason that is “Coordination”, “Value”, “Respect”, if possible “Friendship”.

I saw a post in facebook about a great person who gave value to his employee.... I want to share with you guys .... I thought this is one of the best way.....   

There were about 70 scientists working on a very hectic project. All of them were really frustrated due to the pressure of work and the demands of their boss but everyone was loyal to him and did not think of quitting the job.

One day, one scientist came to his boss and told him – Sir, I have promised to my children that I will take them to the exhibition going on in our township. So I want to leave the office at 5 30 pm.

His boss replied “OK, You’re permitted to leave the office early today”. 

The Scientist started working.

He continued his work after lunch. As usual he got involved to such an extent that he looked at his watch when he felt he was close to completion.

The time was 8.30 PM.

Suddenly he remembered of the promise he had given to his children. He looked for his boss, He was not there. Having told him in the morning itself, he closed everything and left for home.

Deep within himself, he was feeling guilty for having disappointed his children. He reached home.

Children were not there. His wife alone was sitting in the hall and reading magazines.

The situation was explosive, any talk would boomerang on him. His wife asked him “Would you like to have coffee or shall I straight away serve dinner if you are hungry.

The man replied “If you would like to have coffee, I too will have but what about Children ??”

Wife replied “You don’t know?? , Your manager came here at 5.15 PM and has taken the children to the exhibition “.

What had really happened was …. The boss who granted him permission was observing him working seriously at 5.00 PM.

He thought to himself, this person will not leave the work, but if he has promised his children they should enjoy the visit to exhibition.

So he took the lead in taking them to exhibition. The boss does not have to do it every time. But once it is done, loyalty is established.

That is why all the scientists at Thumba continued to work under their boss even though the stress was tremendous.

By the way, can you hazard a guess as to who the boss was ?

He was none other than Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam .

After reading this I had came to know one thing that "Love what you do... If someone respects you give the same respect to them.... "

Experiences in my college life ....

Hi friends, last few more days to my college life….. I am here to share my experiences with this college and the good things that had happen to me…. And bad things I never remember it….(Waste of time)

Friends before starting this post I just want to describe about me in few words (You may think that why it is needed?? But I know what I am and I don’t want you to misunderstand me by others)

Friends usually my voice sound is somewhat louder than others…. So many think that I was shouting at them and some think it was bad behaviour and something it was a type of love (friendship/relationship)

I still remember each and every person in my B-tech life who helped me and from whom what I have learnt and the first person I had spoke in college and the person who had spoke with me and so many…….. :)

First person whom I have meet before entering college is “Charan Teja”

First boy whom I have spoken in college was “Sai ram”

First girl whom I have spoken in college was “Anantha & Jaya”

First girl who spoken with me “Shanthi“

First friend in college “Vamsi & Sai ram”

First friend with whom I chatted in facebook “Sania(a nice friend) and Charan teja”

Before joining this college I had very less friends I can count with my fingers …….. At starting I was so tensed when I was joining this college because so many questions in my mind “Whether anyone will speak with me or not??” “What type of classmates I must be in 4 years” and so many….

Before joining this college I had only one aim “There must be no enemy to me when I was leaving this college and I must be a good friend to all” (I think it was successes)

Before joining this college I don’t know many things ….. I have learnt many things from this college and from my friends….

I had given so much value to someone than me and I came to know that is waste of time …. But still I was giving same value to those persons ….

I don’t know whether it was my weakness / some other “I want to help my closer once in any situation” Some say it was my weakness and some say it was your goodness and some say it was mad…..But I was clear that I am happy to help them ….

Before joining in this I was so much tensed to speak with girls …. But in my life 2 girls came in to my life ….. (SAI MOUNIKA & RANI MOUNIKA) my two good, nice sisters …… who advice me always… who make me angry sometimes, make me laugh and fight with me ….. I was so happy if they were with me till my last breath….

Next my classmates in these 4 years I had never saw such a guys who are in my section…. “No groups… No batches… No cast feelings …” Awesome friends……

There were very good friends in another section also...... :)

If anyone asks me who was your close buddies I had no answer to say them….. “Because each and every person in my class were a good and close friend to me” (In my point of view)

1^st year College bus friends I never forget those days in my life …. Sharing experiences, laughing,  cracking jokes, doing crazy things and so many …

So many say that “I was cool guy” and some asks me “In any situation did you get angry in college??”

YES “I got but I had never shown to anyone because I don’t want to hurt anyone and I know what the pain behind it was”

I always believe that “No one does mistakes wantedly it happens because of situations”

At last I am sorry if I had irritated you, made you angry, hurt you….

I am sure that I never miss a single friend ….

“The distance between us may increase but the distance between our friendships never increases”

Two important persons in my life......

Hi friends, in my last post I am not able to describe about two important persons in my life.... because I dedicated it to my friends....

I can’t believe until now how they both came close to my heart....That two persons are “my sweet sister’s” and knowingly or unknowingly. What a coincidence they both names are same “Mounika”. That may be god’s craziness.... and another crazy was that both were come into my life on same month...... (But different years)

Before starting about description and how they have came into my life.... I want to thank GOD & LBRCE for giving me such a cute, naughty, sweet, crazy sisters to me....... :)

First I want to say about “SAI MOUNIKA” ..... She came into my life on 8^th jan 2013.....:) I still remember that day till now...

She is a person who always made me angry.... and I too enjoy that movement.... who likes me and I too.... When I saw her 1^st time I not even thought in my dream also .. I would talk with her and she plays an important role in my life..... She is a so busy person and never do some work or thing that I say to her/she says to me on time.... (That may be knowingly or unknowingly....)

Second I want to say about “RANIMOUNIKA”.... who came into my life on 26^th jan 2014......:)

She is a person “who gets me laugh all the time” (because of her behaviour).... she looks like a small kid to me always.... and with whom I want to argue always which give me so much happiness(Kick) in this world.... who always care me and whom I think always that she had food or not.... 

She is a person who always cries for a simple reason (sometimes I get depressed sometimes angry also.....) She is a person who gets depressed for a simple reason....

Sometimes I was jealous of both because of their attitude towards other.... because their attitude was awesome than me.....

One sister makes me angry and I will make angry to another sister ........:P  :)

I may not able to talk with you all the times but I would think you all the time sisters..... I may not say “hi” “how are you??” or some other.... it may be due to some reasons but my heart always thinks about you....

Sister’s whenever you need a help/you where in some problem just think about me” I never say No to you” because helping sisters made me so much happy...

But at last I am afraid of losing them in my life.....

At last a small wish for me to god that to keep our relationship same as now lifelong.......

I really miss you sister’s ......... :’(  But I am sure that I will never forget you until my last breath.... and I  may not take care about you but my heart will take care all the time......

Sisters I had gave assignments to both of you.... you must submit them before I leave the collage.... I never forget them...... :p ;) :)

Happy Valentines Day.... What is love??

Hi friends.... before saying about what I am here to say you today.... “Happy Valentine’s Day”

Before starting this post I was just thinking “how to say?” “What to say?” “In which way I can say?” about love..... Because almost all of us watch the movies regularly then lessons in the class .... ;)

In different movies different love stories.... I may not say you better than them... but I can say in my way....

LOVE just consists of four letters but it has a power to fight with others.... power to forget parents.... to forget one of the great relationship “friendship”.... like this many more....

Some say LOVE means “Loss Of Valuable Education” 

“Loss of money Out of mind Vaste of time End of life”

“Lack of sorrows Ocean of tears Valley of death End of life”

“Long lasting Original feeling Valuable for life Emotion of existence”

And many more like this....

“There is only 1 thing 2 do 3 words 4 you...” This is one of great cotation I have read in my life....

In my view love is not only that we show on feb 14^th but remaining 364 days also....

I just want to say you a small love story in which we can say real love.....

Love means not being happy with them.... but also feeling sad in their absence..... (Feel the difference)

Story:

Once upon a time there was a boy who loves the girl more than anyone else in this world....(This can be known after reading full story)...

He use to see that girl every day..... Follow her regularly.... but he didn't say his love to her.....

After few days that guy came to know that “Girl is already in love with someone else”....

At that time he said himself I must not disturb her in my life any more....

Unfortunately the boy has entered into her life .... because of her boy friend.... the guy whom did she loved has killed a friend unknowingly.... This guy (who loves the girl) had become a killer because of his love....

That boy has been hanged...... :’(

At last the one who loved had married ..... and enjoying they life.... but they don’t know that is because of that guy.....

From this story I want to say that don’t force anyone to love you.... 

Love means not being happily with her; it means to keep her happy....

Some Greatest Pains in the World .....

Hi friends..... I am trying to write this post from many days........ But after a long time it happened ...........

Today I want to say some “GREATEST PAINS IN THE WORLD”....

Pains means not like heart attack, etc...... ;)

I can’t say all the pains.... but I will say some what I had experienced and some I saw.....

Greatest pains in the world......

“When someone who loved you the most but you can’t say them.....”

“Trying to act as unknown person outside.... but you has some feeling in heart and can't able  to tell them........ “  

“Someone misunderstood you ..... Without a reason/sometimes words said by others”

“After breakup in a great relationship.....“

“Trying to be strong enough outside...... but not like that inside”

“Try to act has an enemy outside... but inside as a friend”

“Talking to a person with smile but you don’t like that person....(due to many reasons) “

“Giving value to a person who not even bother about you”

Many more like this.......

MOM & DAD

Hi friends, today I want to say you a small story....... :)

After reading the first line you may think that “Why this guy always use to say us anything mostly in the form of story” (if true you may just thinking that “whether you know the future??? (:P)” but not like that. It’s talent ......... ;) :P :D )

I had two different answers for boys and girls.......... :)

Girls “why most of you like to watch serials then movies”

Boys “why most of us like to roam then setting ideal in home”

I think you are satisfied with my answer......... :)

Once upon a time there was a family. One day child asked his father “Dad, why you usually do your work instead of enjoying some time?????” then father replied “SMILE J”

Then the boy went to his mother then asked “Mom why you always do some work (cooking food, cleaning) and you spend some time with me(for studying) instead of taking rest???? And you not even ask me when I change channel???” then mother also replied with same answer that father did “SMILE J”

Do you know the age of the boy when he asked these questions to his mom and dad?? He was 7 years old.

Then boy just thinking about the answers of the questions that he asked to his mom and dad..............:( Then before sleeping he thought that he may forget these questions tomorrow so he wrote in his diary...... :)

After some days he really forgotten the questions......:P

Then after some years (at the age of 15) again the boy asked some questions to his mom and dad.....But these are different from before...... :)

Dad “why will you not ask me about the money you have given me to spend???” then the same answer “SMILE J”

Went to mom and asked “Mom, why you always give me money after knowing that dad had given me???” then mom answered same “SMILE J”

Then the boy just thinking about the questions that he asked his mom and dad?? Then after some time he wrote in a diary and slept well.......:)

After 10 years the boy while reading his diary he sawed the questions and asked his mom and dad even now you can answer my questions......................

Then they replied “We did these all to keep you happy. Our parents didn't give that to us. But we are now happy because we gave our child that what we had missed in our childhood.........”

Then he asked another question “Why can’t you say the same answer when I had asked first time???”

Then their replied “Now you are able to know what life is and what we had did to you”

So, friends at last “you may satisfied or may not satisfied with this story” But I just want to say you respect parents and if they don’t satisfied your needs then even try to satisfy to your children needs................:)

FRIENDSHIP Vs RELATIONSHIP

Hi friends...., today I am here to say you the difference between relationship and friendship but not which is great...........

The main reason behind this post is what I had observed in my life.....

When a friend hurts because of us....

Friendship:  “Go waste fellow, I won’t speak........ On the next few days he/she will come near to us and asks “How are you??”

Relationship: “I won’t speak with you in my life time........ After few days realization and wants to speak but ego comes in between....... so no more.....”

When a person wants some money....

Friendship: “We will keep our hands into friends pocket and take money directly...... he won’t speak anything..... And won’t ask again 

about money.... “

Relationship: “We try to give money without asking only.....”

When a person won’t eat anything....

Friendship: “Share 1 plate/box for 4members...... “

Relationship: “We heart fully keep food to our closer ones into their mouth .....”

When it ends....

Friendship: “Has a expiry date.....”

Relationship: “Has no expiry date until ego comes in between people....”

During exams....

Friendship: “Explains the concept if he/she can’t understand then says to keep slips....because it is easier then explaining the whole concept again or tips how to remember/write the answer.........:P ;)”

Relationship: “Explains whole concept .... it he/she can’t understand then again tries to explain it again......”

When boring....

Friendship: “Hey come out .... we will go outside.... then if interested then I will otherwise No I can’t......”

Relationship: “Hey can you come out.... Ya surely.....(If busy also) “

Friends here relationship may be love/other thing that is greater than friendship........

At last I want to say that I want both Friendship and Relationship.....:)

In every one life there will be a person........

Hi friends, today I am here to say one thing that every person in the world needs...........

But really I didn't even except to write this post ....but because of someone I am writing this post guy’ss....

Just leave it....

Every person wants a person to share his /her sorrows, happiness, and experiences with some one......That may be girlfriend/boyfriend/father/mother /sister /brother /lover......

But most of us will select boyfriend/girlfriend/sister........then other’s........ (Guys boyfriend/girlfriend is different from lover)

Then I want to ask some questions.....

“What is real pain?”

 “If someone is not at all bothering about you then also if you care about 

them....what is it known as?”

“If a certain person is bad also you like them ....what is it mean?”

“In the life there are many persons....But You will select one only....WHY?”

“You will share all the things in the life with one only....WHY?”

“If he/she ignores you but you can’t forget them....WHY?”

And many more questions in my mind just going on..........

Once I asked the same questions to god but in dream he just said ask your mind. My mind said I don’t know just ask your heart....My heart said I also don’t know....just ask your soul......It also not replied......Then I just seeing in the mirror asking myself ....”WHY WHY WHY ????”

But at last it also not replied me.......:(

Now I just want to say my answers to the questions asked above......

Q) “What is real pain?”

A) If you believe a person more than yourself......If that person left you alone without saying any reasons/because of some people .......That is "REAL PAIN".

Q) “If someone is not at all bothering about you then also if you care about them....what is it known as?”

A) This question no one in this world can be answered because no one knows the reason behind it........:(

Q) “If a certain person is bad also you like them ....what is it mean?”

A) It may be because of the over belief on the person...........

Q) “In the life there are many persons....But You will select one only....Why?”

A) This question also can’t be answered by anyone in this world.....

Q) “You will share all the things in the life with one only....WHY?”

A) This is because of the faith on a particular person........

 Q) “If he/she ignores you but you can’t forget them....WHY?”

A) It may be because of love/friendship/a great relationship that can’t be described in words...........

Friends by this post I just want to say something to you.....

If you believe a person /someone believes you don’t lose that person....If you lose you are the big looser in the world.........

Now a days because of small reasons/sometimes without reasons/because of the words said by some people don’t leave /lose such a person in your life..............

Because in every life there must be a Person to share your sorrows /happiness till you get certain age with mom/sister/brother then after friend with whom you/he shares till marriage....After marriage with wife/husband.....

The main reason for writing this post is of some people in my life where I sawed....

“I don’t regret the things I have done or the things I have chosen not to do because whatever I've done, I must done something right because I ended up with you”

“God gives us two gifts, one is chance and the other is choice, chance I have friends, And choice to select the best ones like you”

“Meeting you was fate, becoming your friend is a choice, but failing in the friendship is not only in my hands...”

Some say friendship......some say love.......But you must be clear.....

Great relationship.........

Friends today I just want to say you about golden days........In every life golden days are common but we will recognize it after completion ...........:(

You may just thinking “what are those golden days???”

Just think a minute...........then continue to read the post.....

It may be in many forms but for me in the form of “Brother & sister”.

We may fought with our sister at our young age for a simple reasons like because of chocolate....., it may be about TV channel, it may be about toy........., it may be pencil and for many more reasons........Some times without reason also.....:D

Those days are really unforgettable days for any brother or sister in this world..........We may even cry (That is acting....:P)to get it success.........Mostly all brother’s will won in this competition because of mother......(Mother loves son more than daughter & Father loves daughter more than son) and some sisters will satisfy for the happiness of her younger brother(mostly)...................  

The main reason for writing this post is my “Daughter in law & his brother”. They were just fighting for a toy.....then I had remembered my sister “Who usually fights with me till before her marriage”

For every sister “Her brother is the best friend” & for every brother “His sister is the best friend”

(According to me) No one in this world can replace the position of sister or brother.............J

Note: It may be done between two sisters or two brothers but between sister & brother is special.........

Happy father's day.........

Hi friends, before reading this post just say “Thank You” to the uncle for giving me such a nice friend like you to me............ :)

You may know now about what is this post........ :)

Yes, it is right.........:) the post is about “father’s day”................

Before writing this post I thought more than 3hours to know “Who is father” I got more than 100 different answers.........

ü The person who gives money to us without asking.........

ü The person who plays with us after a long strain in the office also...... (At our childhood)

ü The person who had kept food in the mouth to eat.........still we are rejecting to eat it......till we eat it....

ü The person who take all responsibilities about all the family members.....

ü The person who wears socks to us....... Then we may ask one question to him “which socks is to be wearied to which leg......:P How do you know dad????”

ü The person who loses in the game to win his child..........:)

ü The person who hold hands of his child to walk without falling........

ü The person who helps us while studying..........

ü The person who takes us to different places and show’s different things and explain to us............

ü The person who corrects us while we are in wrong way.....

And many more...............:)

We may beat with our legs to his chest....still he get’s pain he laugh’s before us....... J

After eating food he cleans our mouth............

He may have done many things to us.............. J First we must thank to god for giving us such a nice FATHER to us..........

HISTORY:

Father's Day was inaugurated in the United States in the early 20th century to complement Mother’s day in celebrating fatherhood and male parenting.

Father's Day was founded in Spokane, Washington  at the YMCA in 1910 by Sonora Smart Dodd, who zwas born in Arkansas. Its first celebration was in the Spokane YMCA on June 19, 1910. Her father, the Civil War veteran William Jackson Smart, was a single parent who raised his six children there. After hearing a sermon about Jarvis' Mother's Day in 1909, she told her pastor that fathers should have a similar holiday honouring them. Although she initially suggested June 5, her father's birthday, the pastors did not have enough time to prepare their sermons, and the celebration was deferred to the third Sunday of June.

It did not have much success initially. In the 1920s, Dodd stopped promoting the celebration because she was studying in the Art Institute of Chicago, and it faded into relative obscurity, even in Spokane. In the 1930s Dodd returned to Spokane and started promoting the celebration again, raising awareness at a national level. She had the help of those trade groups that would benefit most from the holiday, for example the manufacturers of ties, tobacco pipes, and any traditional present to fathers. 

Since 1938 she had the help of the Father's Day Council, founded by the New York Associated Men's Wear Retailers to consolidate and systematize the commercial promotion. Americans resisted the holiday during a few decades, perceiving it as just an attempt by merchants to replicate the commercial success of Mother's Day, and newspapers frequently featured cynical and sarcastic attacks and jokes. But the trade groups did not give up: they kept promoting it and even incorporated the jokes into their adverts, and they eventually succeeded. By the mid 1980s the Father's Council wrote that "(...)
