Are You punished at your school age ?? Then you are....

Hi everyone, I am here to say you about the punishment.....

You may just think.....  What punishment?? Whether this guy will give punishment now to me??

NO, don’t worry I am here to just say the Scientific Reason behind Indian Punishment......

Remember the ‘good’ old Indian school punishments? Holding the earlobes with arms crossed over your chests, bending the knees and then sit and then stand and so on till the time Masterji is saying?

Ever thought why the traditional Indian school teachers would give this particular punishment? I believe even majority of the teachers who grant this punishment to their students do not know the reason behind it. This form of punishment has been in practice in our country since the Gurukul time and was given to the students who were weak in studies. 

That is a different question if now days teachers grant this punishment for any mistake and not only for studies but originally it was meant for weak students only.

Talking about the logic behind this punishment, it is very interesting to know that this particular posture increases the blood flow in the memory cells in brain and synchronizes the right and left side of the brain to improve function and promote calmness, stimulates neural pathways via acupressure points in the earlobe, sharpens intelligence and also helps those with autism, asperger’s syndrome, learning difficulties and behavioural problems.

Probably we have forgotten this ancient method of increasing memory power but the West is now using is very diligently and they are recommending this posture or exercise to treat many a diseases.

My friends in B-tech and about them......

Hi friends, this may be my last post in my b-tech life.... so I want to say about my friends, sisters in our college....

First day in my college life I meet my friend charan who wrote inter 2^nd year exam beside me....

After almost all became good friends to me.... I want to thank every friend in my life that who had supported me a lot to improve myself....before starting my post...

I don’t know with whom to start my post .... There are no priorities ...

First I want to say about a friend “Anantha” she is a good friend as well as somewhat naughty also.... She was an only person whom I say in my life who speaks with me with a smile always......

“Lakshman” he is a person with whom I always crack jokes and play a lot with.... I really want to say that he is a unique person till now I saw in my life......I really don’t know time if I am with him......

“Medha” he is the reason to start my blogging.... I want to say “Thank you dude”..... I had many ideas as well as many things to share with my friends then he said about “Blog”....

“Vivek” he is a guy who looks like innocent but he was crazy.... ;) with whom I regularly chat ...."I really don't know time if I am with him....

“Sania” she is the first girl with whom I chatted in my fb....

“Hema” she is one of the friend with whom I get laugh all the time.... and I even get laugh when she was angry also......;) The specialty of her was the persons who was around her will also laugh with her...(without knowing the joke)

“Lakshmi Mounika” she looks like innocent but she was so intelligent....

“Asha” she is a good friend who will help me during labs.....

“R.Santosh” he is a person who looks “posh” always.... but a nice guy because he speaks always true with all.... (as per my knowledge)

“Shantha Ram” I can describe him with a single word “Laughing Buddha“ I think there is no need more to explain about him....

“Vamsi” called as “Mahesh of CSE”.... he is mad about Mahesh babu.... I can’t know why.....

“Sailesh” I can’t even describe him but I can say in one word “Our lovely CR of CSE”

“Sukanya” She is the only person I sawed writing notes in 8sem’s.... she was so great..... and a nice friend to all because almost all of us depends upon her notes ......... :P ;)

“Shruty” she is a nice and a good friend to me....

“Reshma” she is a girl who always is active in the class to crack jokes.... to be crazy.... and many more....

“Kiran” he is a person who always do something to me... but I take it as easy ....

“Vastav” he is a good friend and a naughty friend....

“Sunny” I think he is the only person who can imitate any one in our cse .......

“P.Srikanth” he is the first whom I call “BAVA” not only I but max all of us....(Note: only boys.... no girls )

“Chary” he is a guy whom I cannot describe in one word even in one page also....

“Bhargavi” she is a good friend ... who always say “Hi santosh ... how are you?” .... I really want to thank god for giving such a friend to me....

“Bharadwaja” he is person who called as “BABA” .... I always ask his name spelling..... (Now also I wrote his name from FB)

“Parvesh” he is called as “DUDE” who looks good.... and was a good friend....

“Koutilya” many may not know this name but he was famous by name “Bond”....he is the only person with whom I spoke 45min in phone in my life.....

“Ashok” he is called as “Darling”...

“Sundeep” he is the person who irritates me always .... and who makes me laugh all the time....

“Nagaraju” he is a person who looks naughty for me all the time....

“Manoj” he is a silent guy.... he was really intelligent guy but many of us may not know that....

“Sasank” he is a good friend... “who don’t know who is what”

“Ravi teja” he is the person whom I shout all the time.... :P with love....

“Ghousia” she is a person who has many doubts and I think no other get that much doubts in the world....... ;)

"Monika" she is the girl I think who says about her name that not "Mounika" its "Monika" .... she was good and nice friend to me....

“Sai Mounika and Mounika” (juniors)  there is nice sisters and good sisters to me.... with whom I crack jokes.... I thank them for baring me till now and for future also ..... Both are 2 eyes to me...

Many more friends like ravikanth, Ashok, Narendra, srikanth, Manikumar, maneedra, madhav, Dileep, Saichand , chary, siva, shyam, eshwar, deepak, kothaya, praneeth, koti, chaitu.... all are good friends.

Another friends like bagi, monika, nandini, bhavana, navya, chinari, yasodha, shanthi, farzana, anusha, divya, purnima, nazeen, madhuri, shilpa and many more are good friends.....

ADP CAMPUS PLACEMENT PAPER PATTERN

PAPER: ADP CAMPUS PLACEMENT PAPER PATTERN (HYDERABAD)

The question paper had 4 sections --sections A, B, C and D

Section A:

It has totally 40 questions. time 20 minutes.
10 questions -analogies
10 questions-fill up the blanks
(u have to study barrons GRE to be able to answer these questions. CAT students can do well i guess.)
remaining 20 questions from maths aptitude.......study R.S.Agarwal thoroughly...most of the them are profit-loss, percentages, time-distance/ work and numbers.

Section B:


20 questions to answer in 30 minutes.
All question are based on C programming...the questions are something like find the output of the program, compilation errors, find which line of the given program has an error. u ought to be thorough with data structures in C to answer them will not find simple C programming questions be thorough with data structures using C.

Section C:


A long C program which is about 2-1/2 pages long and it has only 5 questions to answer in 10 minutes.......i didn't understand half of the program...it had many function calls...

Section D:


Duration  10 minutes....
An essay of 100 words has to be written on the given topic. first the given topic was "My few favourite things" then they changed the topic to "Same as the last".........God knows what is the meaning of the topic.....the entire class had dumb face when they heard the topic title.....and i am sure most of them actually screwed here..

Campus Interview preparation.....

Hi frds , I am here to share "how to prepare for campus" which I had read ...... who are racing against each other in a very interesting game called as the “CAMPUS INTERVIEWS”. You may have big dreams to work in big companies and to earn big sacks of money or some of you may want to do higher studies but end up racing with your friends in the campus drive. You all have to keep in mind that whether you work towards your dream or not u keep remembering where you want to be and you would reach the place you always wanted to reach. When we were in your shoes we had minimal guidance as to what to prepare and how to prepare. So in order to lessen that burden we took an initiative of giving you some tips and scenarios in which we raced once.so All the best! and have fun while you read this article!!!

PREPARATION:

“By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” Any success comes only by a lot of hard work. So read a lot about latest technology, IT Trends, various companies, market share. if you have to compete against other people you must have something special in you. §  While you answer be smart and spontaneous with your answer.
